Both segments are growing rapidly: the cold-brew coffee sub-segment has grown 580 percent in the past five years, and new products with plant-based protein are outpacing those with animal-based protein. Virginia Dare will be serving nitro cold-brew coffee and vegan protein bars at booth 2757 to let attendees sample how its flavor solutions align with these trends.
